Allow to retrieve an unified diff block corresponding to a specific line change

Based on an already computed list of diff changes, it would be useful to be able to compute a unique diff block corresponding to a defined line present in the diff change with contextual changes around that line.
The idea is to be able to store that specific diff block as a context around a specific line change, without storing the whole diff.
