Id not compatible with Maven artifact should not produce error log in DefaultExtensionRepositoryManager

Since XCOMMONS-976 we log an error when the resolve fail for any other reason that an extension which simply does not exist in the repository. We should not produce such error in case of id incompatible with Maven artifact in the Maven repository handler. Instead we should produce a ExtensionNotFoundException.
