Document how to enable SSL when using the Docker image

I've set up a new XWiki using the published Docker container. I've installed the extension that registers a Let's Encrypt certificate in XWiki. However, the documentation for using the Docker container only shows port 8080 being exposed.

What are the steps that should be taken to get Tomcat (presumably?) to use HTTPS and the Let's Encrypt certs?

I'm completely in the dark here and I cannot find any documentation that points me in the right direction.
