SSL For Docker Image

I'm unable to modify the Tomcat settings using the Docker image xwiki:mysql-tomcat and Docker Swarm via a compose.yml file.  I believe the issue stems from not creating a VOLUME for /usr/local/tomat and that adding the following line to the Dockerfile would resolve the issue:

VOLUME /usr/local/xwiki

 If there's another way to get this image to run over HTTPS I'm not aware of it.
