/etc/xwiki/hibernate.cfg.xml file is not generated by debian installer

The template is here but the installer fail saying that the file is not already there which is expected since it's installing it...

The issue is actually in the clean which remove the file but does not cleanup the UCF database from the marker indicating that the file is supposed to be here. All that is not very strong...
