Description
This is because xwiki-enterprise-ui-all 3.5.1 does not properly declare all its features so EM does not see there is a previous version of xwiki-enterprise-ui.
A fix for that could be to declare xwiki-enterprise-ui-all as a feature of xwiki-enterprise-ui-mainwiki even if a bit hackish.
