Upgrade activity macro to work with velocity 1.7

Since Velocity 1.7 uses a different macro evaluation strategy, it is not possible anymore to set a variable as a return value from a macro.

The activity macro relies on that, in its #asList macro.

Visible symptoms are that space dashboards are displaying activities for all spaces on 3.0
