Page created when adding a new theme doesn't have a title

Steps to reproduce :

-Login
-Go to Color Theme space/ Application
-Create a new theme

-Go to administration Application -> Presentation -> Skins

You will see a blank line, because Color Theme application uses Page Title for displaying the drop-down content.
