The skin is not properly displayed on IE11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access: xwiki.org from IE11
2. Access: xwiki.org from FF33 or GC38

You see a very big difference about how the skin is displayed on these browser versions. On FF an GC the skin is well displayed, on IE11 the skin is not properly displayed. (See the attachments)
