Cannot use Debian buster on our build image because of xwiki-platform-web

    Description

      Our docker build image (xwiki/build) is created from jenkins/ssh-agent which itself relies since recent time on a Debian Buster image. Right now we cannot use this Debian buster image because of XWIKI-17287.

      I created a specific tag xwiki/build:jessie to be able to rely on our latest working image before the upgrade to Debian busted, and configured our CI to use it, but as soon as we fix XWIKI-17287 we should use back xwiki/build:latest.
