Problem with text wrapping for an image

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• Create a new page and save it
• Add an image in Word
• Add some text under the image
• Right click on the image, hover over "Text Wrapping", click "Top and Bottom"
• Click "Publish Document"
• Open the page in the browser

Results:

• The image is surrounded by grey margins
• The text appears next to the image instead of the bottom of the image
