Add Table Block Constructors that take no extra parameters for consistency with other Blocks and simplicity

XRENDERING-213 introduced a JIRA Macro. It would be nice to be able to use it on XWiki 4.1.2+ (for example to use it on xwiki.org ASAP).

For that to happen we just need to backport the constructor change I did in 4.2M1. Since they're inocuous I don't see any issue in adding them to the 4.1.x branch.
