New References Macro

As open issue the footnote-macro has missing a summary of same footnotes, described at http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Footnote+Macro. Because i use a lot of them i changed that and fixed that issue. I was not sure if this could be embedded in footnotes or should be another macro, so i named in ReferencesMacro. It also could overwrite PutFootnotesMacro.

I attached the working code. I don't informed me yet which code-style-rules you have. I just posted the "raw" code, sorry.

PS: I also wrote a macro which could reference to different pages in one citation. A Citation is defined like bibref as citation object. In that attachments could be used. If you like i also can post it and we enhance the footnote macro with that. As you can see in example2.png the citation is very simple.
