TestDataParser shouldn't ignore exception when reading invalid configurations

As discussed in https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-rendering/pull/200, the code introduced in XRENDERING-639 should throw an exception if the configuration cannot be parsed instead of ignoring the exception.
