Add support for links to attachment references using the page syntax

This issue is about adding the ability to create references to attachments in wiki pages using the Page Attachment Reference syntax along something like this (where the exact target prefix remains to be chosen):

page_attachment:PageA/PageB/filename

It should work also for images:

image:page_attachment:PageA/PageB/filename
