Introduce recursion limits

The rendering API should support recursion limits that limit recursive document includes or recursive transformation calls, even across async content execution (in the xwiki-platform side). They should, for example, prevent a macro from executing itself in an endless recursive loop when executing its content with transformations directly executed.
