Be able to sort the Tag Cloud also by popularity (not just alphabetical)

Right now the Tag Cloud items are displayed in alphabetic order.
The problem is when we have many tags, because the Tag Cloud will display all of them.

A solution would be display just the more popular tags and switch the way we sort the cloud from alphabetical to quantitative, also limiting the display of items to a fixed number (~ 30 items)
