Access denied to any page located on the main wiki and using the Activity Stream macro without the "wikis" parameter if the user doesn't have view rights on any sub wiki

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a subwiki
      2. Remove the public access to that subwiki (in the subwiki administration)
      3. Try to go to the main wiki webhome as guest
      4. Then you are redirected to the log-in page
