Insert Data Types(Xwiki Classes) link in Admin Menu.

For people who are starting programming in Xwiki, sometimes its very hard to find this page.
I suggest you to create a link to it in the Admin Panel. Maybe under the "Content" section.

It would be a lot simplier to create a class from the scratch.

OBS: I've tried the search, but I can't find It("Data Types" or "Xwiki Class" keywords). I've already checked the "display hidden pages"(or something like it).
