Switching between WYSIWYG and Wiki modes messes up formatting

Lines that start with number are converted to titles when switching from WYSIWYG to Wiki.

Example:

• switch to WYSIWYG
• enter "1 step" without quotes. Text style is "normal"
• switch to Wiki. Line is not escaped and therefore converted to heading 1
• switch back to WSYIWYG. Text style is "Title 1"
