Parameter in 'panelheader' to allow panel to be collapsed or not by default.

    Description

      Hi, in order to lighten the interface on some wiki pages,i think that the ability to collapse or not any panel by default in just adding a parameter "collapsed" | "expanded" in the values sent to "panelheader" would just fit this perfectly.
      Yet i have no idea on how to do so nor i found the functional macros in the database ( http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-1308 )
