Wrong server name set when a Wiki is created with a domain name setup

    Description

      After creating a wiki, the user is redirected to:
      wikiname/xwiki/bin/...
      instead of, for example:
      wikiname.xwiki.org

      So in this case, I guess we should add a "server" field in the wizard.
