Wrong pages asking to be removed when uninstalling the Blog application

    Description

      The EM proposes to uninstall Main.WebHome and XWiki.XWikiServerXwiki.

      Apparently this is because the Blog app is a dependency of XE and thus uninstalling it means uninstalling XE. However, a user should be able to uninstall the Blog app if he doesn't need a Blog.
