Human requests should not be blocked when XWiki's initialization is executing

The idea is to send a response right away with an auto-refreshed "XWiki is initializing..." page instead of blocking the thread when accessing with view action.

I thought about doing that for all actions but most other actions are usually non-human action for which you would prefer to wait instead of getting a page like this.
