Memory leak in Velocity namespace cache

It's not really a leak since it's not infinite but we keep in the Velocity cache a lot of things that are supposed to be quickly removed (panels, ui extensions, etc.).

For example in myxwiki.org that alone take around 400MB which mean 40% of the allocated memory and often produces Out of memory exceptions when doing another memory extensive task.
