Groups with '+' - symbol can't be deleted

    Description

      When a group with a + symbol is created it can't be deleted anymore.

      Create group: Hello+world
      Delete -> looks removed
      Refresh -> Group is back

      Workaround:
      Modify the group name via the rename page function to a name without any symbols: HelloWorld
      Delete -> gone
      Refresh -> stays gone
