CSRFToken warning when navigating to Administration -> Users on a subwiki

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new subwiki
      2. Navigate to Administration -> Users on that subwiki
      3. Check the console

      You see a warning similar to this one each time you click on the Users link:

      Doesn't reproduce on the main wiki.
