Disable the GraphViz plugin in the default configuration as it requires OS-specific files to be installed to work

    Description

      These are the log we get when starting XWiki:

      The files are configured in xwiki.cfg and the configuration depends on the platform and environment.

      Thus it's better to disable it by default and let users who want to use the GraphViz plugin configure it as they want it.
