Cannot use two watchlist macros on the same page

... because they use the same livetable id.

I thougth there is no use case for this, but if users add a watchlist macro ti their dashoard, it looks broken in their profile page (e.g. http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Admin?category=dashboard ) because this also contains the watchlist from the "Watchlist" section of their profile.
