More explicit 'Move / Rename' entry in the Page's actions submenu

When trying to move a page from one location to another, user found confusing the need to use 'Copy' + 'Delete' or 'Rename' action in order to achieve the 'Move'.

We should add a 'Move' option in the Page actions submenu.
The only problem is not to crowd the submenu, see afterPage.png
