Better describe what 'Watch Wiki/Space/Page' option do

    Description

      We offer a very important place for our 'Watch Wiki/Space/Page' functionality, this option being the first thing the user sees.

      On clicking on this functionality, nothing happens except a name and icon change. Users don't know what the functionality is supposed to do and how it is related to the Profile-Watchlist.

      A solution would be to add a Notification saying something like 'Subscribed to wiki/space/page changes' and with a link to 'Profile?category=watchlist'
