Unable to install the UI with DW

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Download 6.1M2
      2. Delete the data folder
      3. Start XWiki
      4. Click Continue when DW kicks in
      5. Click Install
      6. Click Continue after dependencies are resolved

      Instead of the pages being installed you get the Install button again. You can repeat the last 2 steps forever.

      I've noticed the dependency resolving step is taking much longer than on previous versions.

      Reproduced on HyperSQL, PostgreSQL & Oracle.
