Remove Bootstrap sources from xwiki-platform

    Description

      Currently, we have the bootstrap sources in xwiki-platform-flamingo/src/main/resources/flamingo/less/bootstrap.

      The reason is: we need to have them at the runtime.

      What I propose is to have, instead, a maven plugin that download the bootstrap sources during the build.
