Wysiwyg not the default editor on subwikis

To reproduce:

• Create a new wiki
• Add a new page
• The user sees the Wiki editor instead of the Wysiwyg

While in the Main wiki the default editor on the wiki is Wysiwyg, for subwikis the default editor is not expressly specified in the administration and the wiki editor is used instead.
