Description
When upgrading from 2.2.4 to 6.2M1 I got a "Failed to render step content" error on step 2 of the DW. It was caused by wrongly placed quotation marks from this commit.
After manually fixing it I noticed there are some empty lines between the "Step 2 - Wikis" header and the first text paragraph.
I've added screenshots for both issues.
