There are some colors difference between "Insert or Edit images" buttons on different browsers

            Description

            Steps to reproduce:

            1. Edit a page in WYSIWYG editor
            2. Click on "Image" and select "External Image"
            3. See the "Image Settings" and "Insert image" on IE10, GC37 and FF32

            Notice: on FF32 and IE10 the buttons have the same color, in GC they are different.
