The Maven2 packager plugin fails to import the XWikiUserTemplate document from the default wiki

    Description

      All the other document seem to be imported fine except XWiki.XWikiUserTemplate.

      To reproduce:

      • Install Maven 2.1-snapshot
      • Go in xwiki/core and run "mvn clean install"
      • Go in xwiki-tools and run "mvn clean install"
      • Go in xwiki-applications/wikis/default and run "mvn clean install -Phsqldb". Then run "mvn -Phsqldb exec:exec". This will open a HSQLD GUI admin program that shows that the XWikiUserTemplate doc has not been imported
