Unable to delete a certain page version with a normal user

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with a normal user
2. Create a new page
3. Go to that page's History tab -> notice that you don't have a Delete button for v1.1 of the page
4. Login with an Admin and go to that same page's History tab -> the Delete button is visible

If you login with the normal user and check the Page menu, you'll notice that you have access to the Delete option for the page, so deleting a certain version should be available too.
