Install Log doesn't stay collapsed during the installation of the UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new subwiki
2. Select no flavor
3. Go to the sub-wiki and install the flavor from DW
4. While installing the UI click on the "Install Log" button

Notice how the log is collapsed just for one second and then it automatically expands. You can click the button multiple times during the UI install and each time the result is the same.

The only time the button works as expected is when the UI has finished installing.
