User avatar is not properly updated if the uploaded image has accents in its name

To reproduce:

• find some image and name it àé.jpg (or any other extension)
• go to your user profile and change your photo to select this one

-> the right file is attachment but the name of the attachment in the user object is wrong (accents are "broken")

When editing again the profile and selecting the image again it seems to work. So the bug is somewhere in the auto select after upload.
