Use a drop-down list for the Skin property in Administration

    Description

      Go to Administration: Presentation. Notice how you have drop-down lists for the Color Theme & Icon Theme sections, but not for the Skin section.
      This is very counter-intuitive for users.

      Maybe we could have a query for all the pages that have an XWiki.XWikiSkins object ?
