Use document name for 'Title' fields when document title is empty

Steps:

• Create an app that has a 'Title' field
• Create a new entry for the app and enter an entry name
• The 'Title' field does not contain the given name
• Press 'Save&View' - the title field display (fallback to document name) correctly in view mode
• Press 'Edit' - the title field is empty (no fallback)

Expected result:
Edit mode should fallback on document name
