Wyswiyg editor has problem with lists and carriage returns

It seems that the support for

is creating problems with lists in the wysiwyg editor
Create a wiki page with the following content

* test 1
* test 3

Save and reedit
Go to the end of line of "test 1"
Type a carriage return and type

* test 2

Save

See that the 3rd line does not show up properly because a

is at the end of line "test 2"
