Wysiwyg loosing content when copy pasting and switching to list

If you edit in wiki mode the following content

1 Test

Test 1\\
Test 2

and then edit in wysiwyg
then select the two lines Test 1 and Test 2
and switch them to list
then switch to wiki syntax
you have lost the content of both lines
