Add ability to contribute new Admin categories through ConfigurableClass xobjects

    Description

      The idea is to add 3 xproperties:

      • Category name (can be an existing one or a new one) (optional). If not specified, the section is added to the "Applications" category
      • Before which existing category it should be displayed (optional). If not specified, added at the end
      • A custom icon to use to display before the category name (optional). If not specified, a default icon is used
