Display the 'Stable versions' label in an extension's description before and after the list of versions is retrieved

Right now, when viewing an extension's description in the Add Extension dialog, a list of extension metadata is displayed, each with a label and value, but after the last metadata's value, a 'List stable versions >>' link directly follows that, when clicked, turns into a 'Stable Versions' label and a list of versions that serve as values.

It is a bit of a consistency issue and also not very nice for that label to once not be there and afterwards just pop up out of the blue.
To simplify things, it would be best to display the label in both cases:
