Unable to force edit some pages from Administration

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with an Admin (A1)
2. Create an user (A2) and add him to the XWikiAdminGroup group (give him Admin rights)
3. Open the same Administration page on 2 different browsers logged in with these 2 admins; for example use the "Office Server" section: http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=XWiki.OfficeImporterAdmin
4. A1 can edit the section, while A2 has to first click on "Click here to force editing" after getting a notice: "This object is currently locked by A1"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with one of these 2 links:
   • http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=email.general
   • http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=email.send
6. Again A1 can edit the section, but this time A2 gets a second notice to force edit the section

After clicking on the link "Click here to force editing" A2 gets redirected to the main Administration page:
