Introduce API to generate an unescaped display user name

All XWiki#getUserName API escape whatever all the XML found in the resulting generated display user name but not. This is a legacy of a time where all API were used in a html context (xwiki/1.0 syntax) but display user name is needed in many non html places now in which all the XML ends up double escaped in the final html result.
