Context Macro doesn't properly resolve relative references

The context macro has no effect on the macro's contents. The following steps should display the XWiki logo but instead displays a broken image placeholder:

1. Create a document Main.Context Test
2. Enter document content:

{{context document="Sandbox.WebHome"}}
image:XWikiLogo.png
{{/context}}

3. Preview or Save & View.
