Non-plaintext in a heading makes section edit edit wrong section

    Description

      Wiki syntax in a heading throws the section editing off.

      For example, if you create a page like the one below, and click the edit for "Section c", it will actually end up editing "Section a". It appears the first two sections are inconsistently recognized as sections because they contain wiki syntax.
